A consumer mailing list is only as good as the moment the consumer chose to be on it. Most consumer lead lists on the market are compiled — stitched together from public records, warranty cards, credit header data and expired third-party files, then resold until the response curve flattens. Our consumer data starts from a different place: every record originates from a person who filled in an entry form, a mail-in card or a phone opt-in and knowingly agreed to hear from advertising partners. That single difference shows up in every metric buyers actually care about — deliverability, contact rate, complaint rate and cost per acquisition — because you are mailing, emailing or dialing someone who has already raised their hand rather than someone who was catalogued without their knowledge.

You can select the file the way a media buyer thinks rather than the way a database is stored. Geography goes from national down to state, DMA, city, ZIP and radius around a ZIP. Demographics include age band, gender, household income band, homeowner or renter status, marital status and presence of children. Behavioural selects are where the file earns its keep: recent purchase categories, average order value bands, response channel (postal, online or telephone), device type, and whether the consumer has bought a luxury good or service through our network and distribution partners. Every select is quoted with a real count before you commit, so you know whether a segment is a viable campaign or a test cell.

Delivery is deliberately unglamorous and fast. You tell us the volume, geography and selects; we confirm availability and send a price plus a sample structure so your team can map fields before payment. Files arrive as CSV or XLSX within one business day of payment, deduplicated against your suppression list on request, with the consent trail — opt-in timestamp, source URL or campaign ID, and the exact language the consumer agreed to — attached for your compliance team. If a segment cannot support the volume you asked for, we tell you that in the quote instead of padding the file with aged records.
