Phone and SMS data
Telemarketing mailing lists and SMS-consented phone data
Phone records with express written consent for calls and, where separately captured, for text messaging — line-type verified, suppression-screened and delivered dialer-ready.
Overview
What you get with telemarketing & sms lists
Telemarketing mailing lists live or die on three things most suppliers gloss over: whether the consent actually covers the call you intend to make, whether the number is a working line of the type you assume, and whether the file has been scrubbed against the people who sue over unwanted contact. We build the file around those three questions. Consent is captured with the disclosure text, the timestamp, the capture IP and the campaign, and it specifies the channel — a consumer who agreed to a phone call has not automatically agreed to an SMS program, and we keep those permissions as separate flags rather than blurring them into one 'phone opt-in' column.
Every phone record is validated before delivery: format normalisation to a consistent standard, line-type identification so you know whether you are looking at a mobile, landline or VoIP number, and removal of disconnects and known invalid ranges. Files are screened against the national do-not-call registry where applicable to the record type, against internal complainant history, and against commercially available litigator and serial-plaintiff lists. Practical dialer fields ship alongside: time zone, best time to call as stated by the consumer, preferred channel, and the entry channel the record came from — online form, mail-in card or inbound telephone opt-in.
For SMS programs we are deliberately conservative, and buyers should want us to be. A text campaign needs consent that specifically contemplated text messaging, and it needs a clean sender reputation to survive carrier filtering at all. So we supply SMS-eligible records as their own segment, sized honestly, rather than reclassifying general phone opt-ins as text-ready to inflate a count. We will also tell you which portions of a file we would only dial manually. That advice occasionally shrinks an order — it also keeps buyers out of the disputes that end programs, which is a trade we are happy to make.
FAQ
Telemarketing & SMS lists questions buyers ask
Does phone opt-in consent cover SMS?
Not automatically. We hold call consent and SMS consent as separate flags and only supply SMS-eligible records where the disclosure the consumer agreed to specifically contemplated text messaging.
Are numbers line-type verified?
Yes. Numbers are normalised and identified as mobile, landline or VoIP, with disconnects and known invalid ranges removed before delivery.
What suppression is applied to telemarketing lists?
National do-not-call screening where applicable to the record type, internal complainant history, and commercially available litigator and serial-plaintiff suppression.
