Why we're different from other sweepstakes brokers
Every data seller claims their leads are fresh and consented. Here is exactly what we do differently, and what to ask us to prove each claim before you spend a dollar.
Seven differences
What separates us from a generic list seller
Each point below is testable. If a supplier cannot answer the same questions in writing, that tells you what you need to know.
We broker opt-in campaigns — we don't resell compiled files
Our records originate in sweepstakes, giveaway and prize-draw campaigns run by publishers we contract with directly, then get matched against purchase history supplied by our network and distribution partners. Nothing in our inventory is scraped from directories, harvested from social profiles or bought second-hand from another reseller and relabelled as fresh.
Ask us to prove it: Ask us which campaign type and partner category a segment came from before you order.
Every record is provably consented
Consent is only meaningful if you can show it to someone. Each row carries the source campaign, the opt-in timestamp and the channel it arrived through, and we retain the exact wording the consumer agreed to. That is what a compliance reviewer, a carrier or a platform will ask for — and it is what most list sellers cannot produce.
Ask us to prove it: Ask for sample consent wording and a source example in writing before you buy.
Three entry channels, and we tell you which is which
Handwritten mail-in entries, online form opt-ins and telephone opt-ins behave very differently in a campaign. We label the channel on every record so you can send handwritten mail-in names to direct mail and high-ticket phone rooms, online opt-ins to email and paid-social matching, and telephone opt-ins to your dialer — instead of guessing why one batch performs and another doesn't.
Ask us to prove it: Ask for a channel breakdown of any segment you are quoting.
A 72-hour refresh cycle, not a recycled master file
Most complaints about sweepstakes data trace back to age. Our inventory is rebuilt on a rolling three-day cycle: contact points re-validated, duplicates and suppressions removed, and records past 30 days retired from the primary file. You are buying from a file that moved this week, not one that has been circulating for a year.
Ask us to prove it: Audit the opt-in timestamps that ship with every delivery — they are on each row.
Buyers, not just entrants
An entrant proves interest in winning something. A buyer proves willingness to spend. Premium tiers are matched against luxury goods and services purchases from our partner network, so your offer lands in front of consumers with demonstrated spending behaviour — which is the difference between a cheap file and a profitable one.
Ask us to prove it: Ask which purchase categories and recency bands are available for your vertical.
No resale, no bulk dumping
A segment sold to everyone is worth nothing to anyone. Our usage terms prohibit resale and cap volume per buyer per vertical, so the names you work are not being dialled by three competitors the same week. We would rather turn down an order than burn a segment our existing buyers depend on.
Ask us to prove it: Read the usage restrictions in our terms before you order.
Direct human contact, not a shopping cart
Every order is scoped over email. We confirm counts, geography, vertical, entry channel and freshness before anything is invoiced, because a fixed self-serve package almost never matches the segment a real campaign needs. It is slower than clicking buy — and it is why buyers come back for a second order.
Ask us to prove it: Email hottestdata@proton.me and see how specific the reply is.
Head to head
Us versus a typical sweepstakes list broker
This is the comparison buyers make in their heads anyway. We would rather put it in writing.

Where the records come from
Opt-in sweepstakes and giveaway campaigns we broker directly, plus purchase history from network and distribution partners.
Recompiled files of unclear origin, scraped directories or lists bought from other resellers.
Proof of consent
Campaign ID, opt-in timestamp, source and the exact wording the consumer agreed to — available on request.
"They opted in" with no campaign, no timestamp and nothing you could show a compliance reviewer.
Entry channel disclosure
Every record is labelled handwritten mail-in, online form or telephone opt-in so you can match channel to offer.
Channel is not tracked, so mail-in, web and phone entries are blended into one undifferentiated file.
Refresh frequency
Inventory is rebuilt every three days; anything past 30 days leaves the primary file.
One master file resold for months or years, with the same records circulating between buyers.
Purchase-history matching
Premium tiers are matched against luxury goods and services purchases, so you reach proven buyers.
Entrants only — no evidence the person has ever spent money on anything.
Volume discipline
Usage terms cap volume per buyer per vertical and prohibit resale, so your segment is not sold to everyone.
Unlimited copies of the same file, often to competitors in your own vertical the same week.
How you order
Email-scoped orders: we confirm counts, geo, vertical and freshness before anything is invoiced.
Self-serve cart with fixed packages that rarely match the segment you actually need.
Support after delivery
One business day reply, suppression and removal handling, and replacements for undeliverable records.
No reply after the invoice clears.
The right-hand column is not a swipe at competitors for its own sake — it is the set of problems buyers describe when they tell us why their last data order underperformed. Use it as a checklist on any supplier you evaluate, including us.
Our standards
Standards we hold ourselves to
These are our own commitments as the supplier, not third-party certifications. We publish them so you can hold us to them.
Consent retention
We retain the campaign record, opt-in timestamp, source and consent wording behind the data we supply, and provide it on request for records in a delivered file.
Suppression and removal
Removal and do-not-contact requests are actioned on our side and reflected in the next refresh cycle. Buyers are required to honour suppression lists we supply.
Replacement policy
Hard-bounced or disconnected records above the tolerance stated on your order are replaced. We would rather replace rows than argue about them.
Responsibility split
We supply consented data and its provenance. You remain the sender or caller of record and are responsible for TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state telemarketing compliance in the jurisdictions you contact. We will not tell you those obligations do not apply.
What we will not claim
We do not advertise certifications we do not hold, guarantee conversion outcomes, or promise that any data set makes you compliant by itself. Any broker who does is telling you what you want to hear.
Quotes from buyers who tested our freshness and consent claims before scaling volume.
“The three-day refresh is the whole difference. We used to work lists that were weeks old and half the numbers were dead — now our agents reach a real person on most dials and the conversation starts warm because the entry is still fresh in their mind.”
Robert
Call centre director, outbound campaign
Higher contact rate
“These records are hot. We are calling people who raised their hand hours ago, not last quarter, and you can hear it — they remember the promotion and they actually want to talk.”
Mary
Sales manager, inbound/outbound blend
Same-week opt-ins
“Our very first file paid for itself inside four days. I ordered a small test expecting to burn the budget on a learning experience and instead it became the best-performing source in the account.”
Rick
Performance marketer, direct response
First order profitable in days
“These people are actually in market. They just raised their hand on a promotion and they have already spent money on premium products, so our high-ticket offer doesn't feel like a cold pitch — it feels like the next step.”
Dana
Media buyer, luxury travel offers
Stronger conversion on high-ticket
“Same creative, same budget, fresher data — our open and click rates went up immediately and complaints went down because every record has a documented opt-in behind it.”
Jason
Head of email marketing
Better engagement, fewer complaints
“Selling a five-figure package to someone who has already bought luxury goods is a completely different conversation. Our close rate on this file is roughly double what we see from generic lead sources.”
Frank
Closer, high-ticket coaching offer
Close rate roughly doubled
“The consent trail is what got this past our compliance review. Timestamp, IP, source campaign and the exact wording the entrant agreed to — nobody else was willing to hand that over.”
Hank
Compliance lead, financial services marketing
Consent on every record
“We started with one test file and we now take delivery on every refresh cycle. It is the only source we have never had to pause because the numbers stay consistent.”
Patrick
Head of acquisition, home improvement
Standing order every cycle
“Honestly it changed how I run my business and how I live. That first purchase turned into a pipeline I could plan around — I stopped grinding recycled lists, hired two more closers and finally took the family on the trip I kept postponing.”
Robert B.
Agency owner, outbound sales
Life-changing first order
“I have tested nearly every data vendor in this space. Nothing else arrives this fresh or converts this well, so I stopped shopping around and just buy here.”

Objections
Fair questions we get asked before a first order
Short, direct answers — including where we say no.
How do I know these aren't recycled lists?+
Because every row ships with an opt-in timestamp and source campaign you can audit yourself, and our inventory is rebuilt on a three-day cycle with records older than 30 days retired from the primary file. Ask for a sample and check the dates before you commit to volume.
What makes you different from other sweepstakes brokers?+
Four things: we broker opt-in campaigns rather than resell compiled files, we can produce the consent record behind any row, we disclose the entry channel of every record, and our terms cap volume per buyer per vertical and prohibit resale.
Can you prove consent for a specific record?+
Yes. For records in a file we delivered, we can supply the source campaign, the opt-in timestamp, the entry channel and the wording the consumer agreed to. That is the documentation your compliance reviewer will ask for.
Do you sell the same segment to my competitors?+
No. Usage terms cap volume per buyer per vertical and prohibit resale, so a segment is not distributed to everyone who asks. If a vertical is already committed in your geography we will tell you rather than sell you a burned file.
Do you guarantee results?+
No, and no honest data supplier can. We guarantee provenance, freshness and replacement of undeliverable records. Conversion depends on your offer, your channel and your follow-up.
Are you certified or audited by a third party?+
We do not advertise third-party certifications. What we publish are our own operating standards, and we hand over the evidence behind them — consent records, timestamps, source campaigns and suppression handling — so you can verify them directly rather than trust a badge.
